Pausing with osso bucco

The season has well and truly changed and my fingers are always cold, so I’m making recipes that can go in bowls, suitable for me to wrap my hands around. You’ll find this week's top favourites below.

This Osso Bucco paired with creamy polenta and gremolata is an ideal autumn finger warmer while we are still delaying lighting the fire; bring on ANZAC day...

I can’t get enough of Andy Cook’s aromatic butter chicken. The grilled chicken is so worth it for the charred flavours.

And a not-so-authentic ANZAC that I vouch for. Note: I never have bran flakes and replace them with extra oats.

Small reflections to ponder whilst enjoying an ANZAC in a suntrap; How do you respond when something shifts or doesn’t go as expected?
